Barry Lewin
Barry Lewin is SLM Corporate’s founder and managing director. Since its inception in 1999, under Barry’s leadership the firm has become a highly respected professional services firm with a focus on financial services, including transaction advisory, valuations, expert litigation services, board-level remuneration advice, corporate governance advice and native title compensation.
Barry leads a small, highly skilled team of partners known for their commercial acumen, technical proficiency and client focus. He offers deep expertise in his areas of practice and is valued by clients as a trusted advisor with exceptional market knowledge and strong integrity.
Prior to establishing SLM Corporate, Barry spent 12 years as an in-house counsel to a number of ASX-listed companies. He currently chairs ASX-listed fintech Praemium Limited.
