Jason So supports small to mid-market companies with advisory and consulting services.
Primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), transaction support and valuations, he works across a broad range of sectors to provide financial insights that support informed decision making.
Prior to joining SLM Corporate, Jason spent time in audit and assurance at Deloitte and KPMG. He also worked at Commonwealth Bank and supported medium to large businesses with complex financial needs.
Jason’s commercial experience, combined with his impressive analytical and technical skills, allows him to provide SLM Corporate’s clients with thorough, practical guidance that helps them achieve favourable outcomes.
