Jason So supports small to mid-market companies with advisory and consulting services.
Primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), valuations and transaction support, he works across a broad range of sectors to provide financial insights that support informed decision making.
Prior to joining SLM Corporate, Jason spent time in audit and assurance at Deloitte and KPMG. More recently, he worked with Commonwealth Bank to support medium to large businesses with complex financial needs.
Jason’s commercial experience, combined with his impressive analytical and technical skills, allows him to provide SLM Corporate’s clients with thorough, practical guidance that helps them achieve favourable outcomes.
